AIS is an innovative product that makes it easier for users to manage their home  utilities services and their domestic appliances. AIS can be quickly and inexpensively installed during construction and the execution lead times are shorter. Cabinet 2.0

Users can use their computer to manage the documentation for their home, by either connecting to a website or from their smartphone through a QR code in the cabinet. The final documentation for the home, provided by the developer, is just a click away. Additionally, it's possible to send this documentation or to add information related to your home, such as home appliance instructions, warranties, etc.

Control of consumption and energy efficiency

The monitoring and control system allows users access to the energy consumption of their homes. This information on consumption and cost can be consulted on-line at any time either from a computer or a mobile device. The AIS houses devices that improve the energy efficiency of your home.

 

Technical specifications

To select the best Integrated Services Cabinet for your housing project, you first need to know the demands of each home, by taking note of the number of wet rooms, the electricity demand for Low Voltage and for Telecommunications, in addition to the number of rooms available in each house for air renewal.

The AIS can house the following equipment:

• Electric panel compliant with the R.E.B.T. (low voltage regulations)

• Telecommunications panel compliant with the R.I.T.C. requirements.

• Air extractor or recovery system compliant with CTE DB-HS3 (technical building code - basic document)

• Shut-off valves in wet rooms compliant with CTE DB-HS4

• Heating manifold for radiators or radiant floors, compliant with the RITE (Regulation on heating installations in buildings)

• Radiator located in the home entrance hall

• DHW recirculating pump.

• Video door entry intercom

• Meters: electricity; energy (thermal, heating and DHW), water consumption
